Bad Review by client

A client place order to remove some bugs in an android app. But he didnt tell me his exact requirement. When I deliver the project he asked me to add changes i did that .but still after that he again suggested me for more changes. When I asked him to increase the budget he refused and accept the project and give me one star review. This is bad I did double work and still got bad review. Now i am unable to post buyer request due to bad ratting

I doubt CS will do anything here… Buyers are allowed to leave any review the want… even if it’s unjustified. The best thing you can do is just move on and work to find clients for your gig. Good luck.

Five for his basic package. Unlimited for his standard and premium packages. (Not sure if they’ve been changed since the order was placed.)

From what I’ve read so far in this forum, unlimited revisions are usually a bad idea!

A bad review is harmful for freelance. You should report customer service. Don’t worry about this. Go ahead using your own speed and You will get more job but need to hard work.

Sounds like you offered only one revision to your client when your gig states 5 to unlimited. The buyer expected to get those revisions with the initial price they paid for your gig. You basically broke the terms of your agreement by asking for more money.

You offered more than one revision with the package. They don’t have to pay you more if you agreed to do x number of revisions for the original price. They’re well within their rights tot give you a review since your gig mislead them to believe such.

If you are offering 5 revisions than bro you can’t claim about it because a syou said you give 1 revision to the buyer

Good Luck on your job.There is nothing that you can do.But do hard to get job directly from buyers who will search you through fiverr recommended gigs, best selling gigs or related gigs so now only improve your gigs title tags and thumbnail pictures.I hope you will get soon 😉
