Bank Account debited without Fiverr Order placed

Hello, I made an order for a service (My first order), and when I got to the payment method, I entered my card and it processed and gave the error messages including: “Check card details” and “contact your bank if you can make payments to this website”.

I checked the details and i tried again, only to get the same responses.

Later that day, I got an alert from the bank that I have been debited from Fiverr.

The order was not placed yet the money was removed from my account.

How can I do?

This has also happened to me, and I am getting very frustrated because I need this to be handle asap.
