Bank Transfers option disabled in fiverr

I am unable to use the Bank Transfer option in my account and only seeing this error “We identified an issue and can not process it at this time. Please contact customer support”. I have already asked fiverr Support but they said that Payoneer will fix this issue. Can anyone help in this regard? How to fix this issue?
