Some buyers have written eloquent, powerful reviews about how they love my service and thank me for my help but of course the one buyer who made ridiculous demands, was not clear about their needs or information, and wrote a less-than-enthusiastic review is the one that is randomly chosen as the banner review on my gig’s profile! I wish sellers could choose what review is shouted across the gig’s profile because my sales have decreased since that one ridiculous buyer left that review in plain site. It doesn’t accurately reflect my overwhelming buyer happiness and I wish I could make it go to the bottom of the pile along with my thumb down to their treatment of me and odd displeasure.
