I attempted to take the basic English test, but the page wouldn’t load. I tried again this afternoon, and it now said that I need to wait 90 days before I can retake it! Who do I contact for a fix to reset this? Am I better off just starting a new account?

Starting a new account is probably the worst thing you could do as Fiverr are very hot on picking up suspected multiple accounts through shared IP addresses etc. There have been forum posts about people being suspended for this.
Although it’s nice to have the English test pass showing on your profile, it’s obvious that you can clearly communicate effectively in English. The most important thing is to ensure your profile and gig descriptions are well written and error free. This will supersede the value of having the English test showing on your profile.
