Becarrefull with seller XXXXXXXXX

#1

This seller “XXXXXXXXXX” (we have deleted the name as seems it´s not accepted at fórums) it´s poor and not serious.

About 4 days ago we wrote them for asking about a promotion they where offering at their Gig. As it wasn´t explained clear, we got in contact with them. After 3 days, no answer from them at all was received, so we wrote them back, asking to please send us some answer to our question, because we wanted to take their Gig, plus the offer attached, but we needed to have the information cleared about the offer…

This was the conversation:

==========================================

US:

Hi There! I was Reading your add and saw this:

FREEBIE: BUY 2 GET 2 FREE

What do you mean with this? Do you mean that for example if we spend 10$, we get20$ promotion? 500k x 4?

Is your traffic delivered thru all month, 30 days? as we are not interested in traffic only for a week or days for example.

Thanks for the comments !

THEM:

…NO ANSWER AT ALL IN ALL THOSE DAYS…

US:

Hi, I´ve communicated with you on 3rd and got no answer at all. Could you please answer our questions please?

THEM:

XXXXXXXXXXX: Please don’t order for my service. Thanks

============================================

This is it, no support at all from XXXXXXXXXXX, no explanation at all, no communication at all, just loosing our time…

Remember we’re not allowed to call out the names of other sellers/buyers here on forum. Probably a sheriff will replace names with fragglesrock

If you have complains about behaviour of sellers/buyers, report them to Customer Support and they’ll take proper actions!

@maribelibiza

You’re spamming the forum with these posts. Same post, different seller in different sections of forum. Not allowed calling anyone out.

If your problem is in fact real and not just a poor attempt to call out a couple of Sellers, you might want to rethink how you pick Sellers and how you communicate with them.

#4

Whatever his reason may be, he still responded with dignity.

You on the other hand, showed utter lack of respect.

Calling out someone on the forum by saying he’s poor? Really, in 2013?

What exactly did you try to accomplish with your posts?

people have a right to refuse service get over it

Hi, thanks Mark74, you are the only one that shared some help, we didn´t know that we aren´t allowed to share our feedback thru fórums, as we didn´t know where support tickets where, now we know thanks to you, we are going to write admins and we shall inform them too about our 2 post at this fórum, so they can tell us what to do.

About others, sorry but just saying, … you are spamming, you are not helping at all, with the problem that we had with 2 companies, at same time, thru same week, or we can´t speak with more tan a seller at same time?

Please, think a bit, ok, just think a bit, I think we are all adults and as networkers, we share our knowledge, that´s all… come on…

Thanks Mark74 for taking your time for sending us the support ticket system, have a nice day.

@maribelibiza

We are “thinking”. We’re thinking about keeping the forum clear of call outs against Buyers and Sellers. Because that’s who we are. And we all respect that.

It’s not that we don’t care about your situation or have empathy. However we are users just like you and have no power or ability to handle or fix your unique issue.

Before you post on the forum, it would be advisable to read the “Do’s and Don’ts”. As well as read the Support Page. That’s just common sense.

Good luck to you :slight_smile:

Name of the company deleted in both posts (2) as you said it´s not allowed to post names and support ticket system finded and we have sended a ticket explaining situation and our 2 post at fórums with direct links, so admin tell us what to do or delete them. Thank you for sharing your knowledge.

Thanks to voiceoverwork, we are going directly to do´s and don´ts to read them.

Sometimes people can get into some sort of situation that does not allow them to answer straight away.

If you do not get an answer from one seller, you are free to ask someone else. You cannot force someone to answer their messages. Maybe they got ill or something. Sometimes things happen that we cannot control.

See this then you will never need to cancel.

Honestly, I’d probably have responded just as the seller did. The gig appeared to clearly state what was offered. A potential buyer doesn’t understand it and appears to have communication difficulties. The buyer also starts presenting some requests/demands. The seller says "Thanks but no thanks."

While I agree with the strategy of over-delivering to keep customers happy, buyers should realize that $5 isn’t a whole lot of money…and the $4 that Fiverr passes through is even less. Life’s too short to deal with these sorts of problems. And even more frustrating are the tire-kickers who engage in several rounds of questions about a gig before committing a penny.
