Being ripped off?!

I am being ripped off. I’ve paid for a service but nothing has been received. I’ve asked on the customer help desk to be contacted but nobody has contacted me!
I have a paypal receipt for proof. If I don’t get contacted by a customer support person soon I’ll start kicking off on social media…!!
