I wonder, what are possible advantages or disadvantages of removing irrelevant Buyers Request?

We already have this. It’s not on a mass scale, of course, but you can remove a request from your BR page. There are no disadvantages since it’s subjective and depends on the seller to decide which requests to send offers to.
