I’ve been working with a designer to get corporate identity package. When he sent the files which included letterhead, envelope and business card, they each had a line around them, which, if I sent that file to my printer would show up. So I asked him to remove the line. He wouldn’t. He said the only way I could get files without the line was to purchase 2 additional gigs to get the original files. None of this was mentioned in his original gig listing. So, I did that and now he says I have to give him a good review BEFORE he will send me the original files!!! HELP!!!
Hi, We are users just like you. You need to work this out with the Seller.
Or contact Customer Support and send them evidence of his misconduct. People like this usually do not make any effort to “work things out”. Good luck!
