Beware of Heartless Buyers!

I am basically into press release writing and distribution. My gigs are always made up of three packages with the package description in each of the packages. The Basic package is only to write and deliver press release for $5, while in the standard and the premium package, I will write and submit to press release distribution websites for $10 and above

A buyer ordered my basic gig, I wrote the press release and delivered. The next thing I saw was his negative feedback (he gave me 1 star rating) stating that I did not show him where the press release is distributed. I replied to him that the gig package he ordered did not involve press release distribution.

Please, what shall I do, because that 1 star rating has drastically reduced my positive rating and it is affecting my sales.
