Bolding, Bulletin, and Highlighting

Can anyone tell me where the formatting option is that I see other sellers using. I see some have bullets, highlights, and bolding in their profile descriptions. I cannot find out how to do that. Could someone tell me please.

You can find those formatted icons just below the ‘Description’ box in gig edit mode.
