Well out of the blue and completely unexpected I have logged in today to be greeted by level two!



Very happy indeed and hopefully I can maintain it. Unfortunately I do have a couple of orders write now where people have not quite understood my services; so I’m hoping these don’t go pear shaped and affect my 100% customer satisfaction track record.
