Amazingly, both my Level One and Level Two ratings were stripped today within minutes of each other. This is so confusing. My gig rating is 100%; feedback is 100% and all extremely positive. I have 4 in queue as I write this and at least 4 other inquiries. I am so upset and discouraged. I create cutting edge presentations for investor pitches, business proposals, sales videos, etc. I spend hours and hours doing these and have had nothing but positive responses. I just got the Level Two a week ago and now it is gone (along with my Level One). I wrote to Customer Service to find out why and am awaiting a response. Has this happened to anyone?
