Brand New to Fiverr. I have a few questions please

Hello!



I absolutely love this marketplace! I am a new seller. I just wanted to post a couple of questions.



1.) How do you contact anyone who works for Fiverr directly? I did not see a “Contact Us” or a telephone number on the site. I think they are headquartered in NYC, but I am not sure. Anyone know?



2.) I did a search on my name, “Michael Johnson” which I know is very common, but I did not find myself. Did I miss a step as to why I am not showing up in a generic search on Fiverr?



3.) If you are a seller here, are you selling under a company name?



4.) I am noticing some sellers have multiple pay amounts for services. How is that accomplished? I didn’t see a way to do that when I set up my first Gig.

Also, if I understood correctly you did not search your username (mike_johnson007) ? I believe you will find your gigs there.
