Bug in adding My Extra Gigs

I m missing boxes and for that reason, I can’t input a price or estimated day for delivery. In other words, I can’t use My Extra Gigs.

Please fix that.

I have switch browsers, change computers. I used IE, Chrome, Chromium, Firefox. Same bug on all of them. Also, I cleared cache and logged off. I used Ubuntu and Windows 7 as OS and same bug on both of them. So I m almost 100% sure it is a bug on your end.

Have you contacted Customer Support? They should be able to fix it.

Thanks didnt know there is support. I contacted them, but i see many other people have same problem.
