Bug message when you click on my gig

Hi,

I just received a message from a customer that she sees this message when she clicks on my gig, on the Fiverr app. The message says: ‘something went wrong, please try again later’. I tried it myself and I get the same message.

I guess it’s only in the Fiverr app and not on pc, but I am afraid that customers don’t see me anymore on the app… Does anyone know how to fix this?

Apparently it’s a bug confined to iphones. As your buyer to try on their pc or android device (if they have one)

Ah, it could be! Indeed, I asked her to place an order via pc (worked completely fine). So I assume it’s a iPhone bug, unfortenately. Thanks. :slight_smile:

They will fix it when they talk about costumer support
