Bug report-"ORDER HASN'T STARTED YET, NEEDS YOUR INPUT!"

Fiverr support,

I have ordered about ten gigs so far (you’re welcome) but with several I have had a gigantic recurring problemo: I order, the “view order” green button appears, I click it, it tells me to upload my specs. I do so, hit return, and…nothing happens. The page says: “ORDER HASN’T STARTED YET, NEEDS YOUR INPUT!” yet I see that my specs are posted on the page. So I repeat. Nothing. Same result. Tried it in iPad. Tried it in MacBook. Same crap. What gives Fiverr? I really would like some resolution. Speaking of which I had the SAME problem with the resolution center. Posted a help request. Clicked the button. Page refreshes and…same BS. Your system is buggy as shit and I’m outa here until I hear back from a live person.
