Bug: "Response Rate" calculation should not be affected by BANNED users!

Not that I am losing much sleep over this, but … my “Response Rate” just dropped from 100% to 96%, and the only “lack of response” that I can find that might justify this is an inquiry that showed up in my Inbox today (apparently from a spammer or other shady character), but when I tried clicking on the message, or on the sender’s profile, I get the following message: “For privacy reasons, this user may not be contacted directly” – which I assume means that this user was banned or blocked.



IMHO: our “Response Rate” should not suffer in those cases where it was IMPOSSIBLE for us to respond (for example, to BANNED users)!

This is so true! My response rate isn’t as perfect as I want it to be and has been mostly rated from when I’m sleeping!! It makes me so mad!
