Buggy Order and no response from seller nor customer support

Hi there! Don’t know if anyone here can help me out or not, but here goes nothing.

I bought a service, as shown in the picture, and paypal got the money (got a mail and a paypal receipt number). Still its only in my cart AND i get automated mails from fiverr to pay for the service. I sent fiver the paypal receipt number with the explanation of what has happened asking them to fix this for me. It’s been 4-5 days now and no response. Should i ask paypal to cancel that transaction(have no idea how long I can wait until that option expires).

Any idea would be appreciated.



I remember I had that gig with title “as shows in image”. did you buy from me? anyways It takes time for support to give reply. all you can do is wait. Reason for this may be gig got deleted at same time you bought?
