Button for withdrawal is not enabled (paypal) still Greyed out

I can see that I have 28 dollars available…



But the button for withdrawal is not enabled (Paypal) still Grey ed out…



Can you tell me why?



Paypal account - I have been using always is ****



its 3 days after 28 dollars was available,

I have not requested to change the paypal address…



Can Some one help?

They might disable withdrawals if suspicious activity was detected, e.g. Use of URL, email address, etc. simply raise a ticket with support and they will sort it out.
