Button to cancel orders that have been ordered but no info ever gets submitted for

I have about 3 orders sitting on my list that were from months back that people ordered but never submitted info for. I tried nudging them but no response. So in effect these are dead orders just sitting there. It would be great to be able to have the option to flush these just like you can with orders you have finished. Thanks
