My buyers account was disabled without any communicated reason. Can someone please provide some clarity. The account had credit on it and now I am unable to access or find a way to speak to anyone about this.

Fiverr always sends an email stating the reason why account was disabled

am unable to access or find a way to speak to anyone about this.

Unfortunately, they did not communicate a reason in this instance. Nonetheless, thank you for the support information.
