Buyer ask for changes after the order as make as completed

Hello everyone…

Hope you are all Ok because I’m very sad :confused:

Buyer ask me for changes after the order as make as completed…I know that after the order make as completed the buyer don’t have the right to ask for change…But guest what?
I have get an inbox by Fiverr that I have “broke” the rules because the buyer have the right to ask for changes even the order as make as completed within 14 days…

But I read only : Completed orders may be cancelled, upon review of our Customer Support team, up to 14 days after the order is marked as complete.

And this is what the CS send me…

I think don’t have any connection about asking changes after order is completed and cancelling the order…Don’t forget that order can be cancel only if the seller doesn’t send the video following the requirements but not because the buyer want to change almost all the info…

Please can anyone explain me that??Because I’m really upset…

To keep healthy business relationships with your buyer, it would be much better if you do the revision. A HAPPY customer is not a single customer but a repetitive customer as well as a CHAIN of New Customers.
If it’s a small revision, do it without further delay. This is JUST a suggestion. Of course, you are free to do whatever you wish!

Thank you for your reply…The changes he want are not “small” but very “big”…He want to change some texts,put some different sentences instead some others, this is the reason why I don’t don’t understand how the buyer can make that…

Yeah, it annoying but sometimes we have to go across the boundaries for the customer’s satisfaction. Another option is to ask the buyer for a little more $ for the changes he/she needs.

He don’t want to make extra…He also have opened a case and I have get “remind” by the Fiverr with the reason

This is because I not accept to make a big changes even the order was make as completed…

I think this is enough warning. If I were at your place, I would simply go to resolution center and cancel the order. This would be the best approach to save your account from any permanent disaster…

Yes it is… Unfortunately, Fiverr CS gives buyers a preference over sellers. But a small damage is much better than losing whole profile that you may have made with hard-work of years… Simply think, what you need? Money from a single order or safety of your account with the bunch of opportunities in the marketplace…
