Buyer asked for more after project approval

Any senior who can guide me on this.
I gave my project delivery. The buyer approved it. Then he asked me that I did not give him something that was not even included in the gig and neither he told me to before starting the order. I told him that what he is asking was not included and now you have approved the project. Now he has left 1 star review in conclusion to this strange act of his. Now I don’t know what to do. I have contacted support but they have not replied till yet.

Can somone guide me if he/she has gone through such experience.
