Buyer asking me to sign a contract, is this allowed?

I’m a seller in music and Audio (I’m a singer and songwriter). Anyway I have a buyer who is asking me to sign a contract. I’m pretty sure it’s against fiverrs terms and conditions but I’m not 100% sure. Does anyone know? I’m also not comfortable giving out personal info. FYI, I have delivered the full order but the buyer is saying they need me to sign the contact in order to approve my delivery, so now I’m worried that they will not approve my delivery or use the “request revision button” in order to keep the order open If that makes sense. Any help would be appreciated!
