Buyer asking to send link to zoom meeting?

What should I do? I am a little confused about Fiverr terms & conditions.

Business clients and VID buyers come with the option of zoom meetings, but “normal” buyers don’t have this. Although it does say that as long as it’s absolutely necessary to communicate outside of the platform for the order, it’s a bit of a grey area and a risk. Basically, it is against ToS so first I would make the buyer aware of this. Usually they are fine about it. If they insist, you can contact CS to get some clarification. Worst case scenario is that the order would need to be cancelled if they are insisting on outside communication. In this case, CS should cancel it for you without your stats dropping as the reason for cancellation would be because you don’t want to break the rules.
