Buyer Bad Reviews without seller mistake

Dear Sir,

Could you please tell me in If the buyer has put a bad review without seller mistake. Can anyone in the fiverr inquire this and check whether this review is right or wrong.

If the review can not be remove (if only seller delivered the order without any mistake) by the fiverr after investigate about this. My question is Anybody can place an order and give a bad comment to destroy the seller profile???
