Hi I’m new to Fiverr and I’m done 8 orders my order completion rating is 83% and I got an order from the buyer but he didn’t know what the gig exactly and we agree to mutual cancelation is there any option or way I cancel the order without losing the completion rate and thanks on advance

up to I know that you will have to keep losing your order completion rate whenever you will cancel any order.
