According to my experience of 1 year about Fiverr is that it gives fame to the buyer.
seller is nothing for Fiverr.
I’m very sad, Fiverr cancelled my order after 3 days on the buyer request
this buyer gave me 5-star review and he agreed with my work

Try to contact with CS & find out the reason behind that. Hope they can explain better.
