Buyer can't download order

Hey I am new here, faced a problem, my buyer can’t download an order, we tried few times already and it’s don’t work. Has anyone come across this? Is this a mistake of the site and what solutions can be?

We still have revisions and I sent the files with a link to google drive as a result. But I just think about how you can avoid this in the future.
