Buyer demanding delivery outside of Fiverr

I delivered artwork to a buyer. I got a notice that they are not accepting the delivery and are requesting a modification. Turns out, as I already knew, the artwork is exactly what they ordered and there is nothing that needs to be changed. The modification they are requesting is that I deliver the artwork to another website. Their reason is that they then want me to deliver the modification request with no artwork so it won’t appear online, on my gig page as a project sample.



Two questions…can’t the buyer finish the order and control whether or not the sample appears on my page?



Isn’t it against Fiverr policy to deliver to another website?
