Buyer did not place order requirement

Hi,
The buyer placed order without giving any requirement. Incomplete order. The countdown of the order will not start. I have given several massages but buyer become offline since placing order.
In this circumstance what shall I do?

I think you should wait since the order will not start until you are given a requirement
