Buyer didn't send info, gig deadline about to expire


Title says it all. Buyer said will send later info, gig deadline is about to expire in 24 hours and buyer is nowhere to be seen. Have cancelled this type of orders in the past, but didn’t know it affects my status on Fiverr. Just became level 2 seller, don’t want to go back a step. So, what is the official Fiverr ruling about this type of orders/buyers?

Well, I lost both level 2 and 1 because I have just cancelled that order.


Yes, I did mutual cancellation and it removed both levels I think because I have initiated the calcellation which I had to since the buyer wouldn’t respond. But a talk to Customer Support has fixed the problem and I am back to level 2. Thank you for your replies!
