Buyer didnt submit the file

Hello fiverr community!!

I recenty recieved an order but the customer didnt submit the required file. The problem is that time run up and I coudlnt deliver anything, I messaged him many times but he didnt answer. Now fiverr has given me an additional 24 hours but still dont know what to do!!! Please I would like to know if my rating is gonna be affected if I dont manage to deliver or the order is cancelled. Thanks
