Buyer doesn't accept my order and others

I got my first order, the job was to add the WooCommerce products. For this the buyer gave me access to his WordPress. Now that I’ve delivered, he’s telling me it’s my job or wrong. I did all the work well, now he doesn’t accept my orders and even if my work is wrong he still doesn’t give me WordPress access, now what can I do?

Ask the buyer what went wrong on his order? If the buyer responds, you should know the wrong part the buyer wanted to point out.
