Buyer done work from me on live server but not accepting the work now

Hi fiverr community i am a fresh freelancer!
i am facing an issue with the client.
and the issue is that the clients placed an order and give me the requirements but he want to done all the work on live server and now when i complete all the work he did not accepting my work and not giving the money because the work is already done by me so that’s why he does not accepting my work.
now i don’t understand what should i do if anyone know something then please guide me
