A buyer orders the 24h delivery (+10) extra. Sends his requirements but forgets crucial bits. I immediately send a message but plenty of hours pass while he sleeps in his timezone. With only 13 hours left, in many of which I’d like (and have) to sleep, So, I request an extension to my delivery time. He accepts, no problem. But what happens to his 10 dollars for the extra that now goes to waste? Am I involved in this problem or is that something CS deals with for him?
Their mistake so I wouldnt worry about it.
Explain the situation and give them a new expected delivery time which is as early as you can and they shouldn’t have a problem with it. Just communicating clearly in situations like this usually solves the problem.
