Buyer give me a negative feedback for no reason is it possible to change the Review?

I really work hard to maintain my 100% positive ratings, but one of my Buyer give me a negative feedback for no reason, he orders my gig without reading my gig description than on a delivery I ask him for a refund but he doesn’t answer my request for refund and leave a negative feedback. is it possible to change the Review? I again want my 100% positive ratings.I don’t have too much experience as I’m a level 2 seller, please my seniors tell me how to handle this type of situation??

Talk to the buyer via inbox and try to make them a happy customer and then maybe they will change their feedback. That’s all you can do unfortunately.
