eddiethornton
@mememakermagic If you fulfilled all of the sellers requirements and still were not paid, you can submit a complaint here: http://support.fiverr.com/hc/en-us/requests/new
mememakermagic
Reply to @eddiethornton: I’ve done that, but there’s only 42 minutes until its cancelled & i’ve had no responce from my ticket!
thecreativeguys
How in heavens did he cancel it??It’s impossible for him to cancel it if you already delivered the order. What’s up? Explain!
mememakermagic
Reply to @thecreativeguys: I sent him some of the work, he ordered 2 gigs, which is 8 memes, i went the extra mile & did 12 for him.I sent 7 then he complained, so i did the alterations he wanted, & sent another 5 too.He then submitted a cancellation, which i declined. mememakermagic
Reply to @eddiethornton:Yes, i’m really sorry about that, i panicked a bit & posted in wrong sections, & didn’t know how to undo/delete them.It wont happen again.
sincere18
Reply to @mememakermagic: Why did you only send 7 if he bought 2 gigs which means 8 memes?
mememakermagic
Reply to @sincere18: I sent them in parts, because A) i wanted some feed back, & b) it was 2 am in the morning & i needed some sleep.
david388
Sounds like you never “delivered” the order but instead uploaded it as an order update. In the future, always send complete material by clicking “delivery” to do it - this way they won’t be able to cancel without you initiating it. mememakermagic
Reply to @david388: Yes, they got the order, “Deliver Work” was selected. They cant claim work to be unusable if they never go it!Plus he put oe of them on his web site!
sincere18
Reply to @mememakermagic: Ok, that is fine, but then do not send it as a gig “delivery”, just send it in a message as a proof before finalizing it and sending all the final files.
marketman
If he uses your work on his website, or any website, serve him a copyright violation - send a copy to his web host as well.
fastcopywriter
He’s a crook, the same happened to me with a facebook ad I created. First he demanded a revision, which I did. Then he said he wasn’t happy. He did not say why he wasn’t happy and wanted a refund. Frankly, I think that dirty crook just wanted free work. So I told him that if he wants a cancellation, he should click resolution center. I’m tired of feeling up forms for evil buyers that don’t respect our work.It was a $5 order by the way. mememakermagic
Reply to @sincere18: When i sent them, i did also message the buyer, saying i’ll finish the order tomorrow, i sent an additional 5 the very next morning. Also, this was never an issue for the buyer. The issue was that he refused to pay because they were ‘unusable’.Next day he had one of them on his facebook page!!Not sure what his definition of ‘unusable’ is, but it’s very different from mine! thecreativeguys
Reply to @mememakermagic: Okay, so it’s not cancelled since you declined. All you have to do is contact support. It’s not like the order is cancelled and you lost your money at this point of time. See what Fiverr CS can do for you.Best of luck.
faisalshah42
same happened with me, i have created everything he wanted then he asked for more changes i did these, then he asked more i said i will not do more changes in 5$ so i cancelled the order coz i dont need negative feedback, but my bad luck i have delivered him project and he is using that 😕 f***k
jenku99
This just happened to me too! I delivered the work exactly as the buyer specified then I get nothing until the day of the order being marked complete by Fiverr, and I get a ‘request for modification’ not to modify the order, but rather to initiate a cancellation because the ad was ‘unusable’ and he’d already given it to another designer. No explanation of what ‘unusable’ meant, no change to correct the issue, nothing. He just wanted free work.
