Buyer has given me an incorrect feedback 10hours ago, because of his less knowledge and experience in Fiverr. Even if he likes my job, he has clicked negative button. It was a mistake. Now both of us want to change this. I report this RESOLUTION CENTER too. But no response received by them. I don’t know how to solve this problem. please help me.

First of all this is not a bad situation and there is a resolution so try not to get panic even if it gets delayed by few days because it can be resolved.
Try Open a support Ticket and mention that Buyer has also agreed in written at Inbox conversation that he wishes to remove the negative feedback.
AND in the mean time try guide the buyer with the help of screenshot then how he can visit the Gig page and when mouse over the feedback he eventually get the option to edit the feedback and then he will get the option again “Green Thumb” and "Red Thumb"
