Buyer has no response regarding the order dispute!

I had a recent client who placed a order from my gig without any confirmation…
So Eventually he was a past client i did go throughout his requirements and told him I will update him regarding thid but I will be needing more time as he had special requirements…
I asked if he was okh with extending the delivery date till 8 April?
He said he was okh that and had no problm and Left the chat without confirming the dispute from then no response…

Now the dispute has 2 days remaining for the buyer to response…
My question is if the buyer don’t response in 2 days it says that the dispute will be closed…

After that will order be considered as very late delivery? As the delivery date passed the 2 days ago:(
