Buyer is either busy or moving and not providing any feedback regarding latest version

i am related to field of user experience design. i have a returning buyer. as usual she placed an order for the period of 1 month. she has been regular on her feedback regarding the projects in the past but now she is not coming online. the latest communication we had was “we are in transit, allow us a few days”

i have finalized her work so should i deliver the work or wait for her to come back (4 days left) and i have designed nearly 40 screens.
