Buyer is not responding and disputing order

Recently a buyer contact me and we have decided to complete project in two part in first part we have decided to work on front-end and in second part we have decided to work on back-end to complete project. As some days ago, I delivered work to buyer He didn’t response me for about three days and at the end or third day he dispute order with the message I can’t do the work that he want. I asked the buy kindly tell me what happened I am here to revise work if there is any problem but he didn’t reply me and after a day he again dispute with the message he is not satisfied with quality of work. I said kindly tell what happened what we did wrong but still no reply from him as there are two days passed.

Can anyone help me to guide ?
