Buyer is not responding anymore

Hello, I am a new seller. Working for the last 3-4 months. I never faced such problem before and don’t know what to do.

Buyer contacted me and placed order. After 2 days he don’t want to continue this work and told me that he have another work, if I could do this for the same price. I agreed and he will give me details in tomorrow.

But it is 3 days he is not responding my message. The deadline is 24 hours.

Can anyone please help me, what should I do now?



Its’s not your fault. The best way to deal such buyers is to contact customer support with order id and conversation screenshots with the buyer.

There is an option to actually extend the delivery time. Go to your order --> Resolution Center and then “Extend the delivery time”. Obviously you will have to explain to CS why you want to do this and hopefully you’ll get an extension of the delivery time.
