Buyer is not responding

Hi there,

I have about 2,3 orders that the buyer is not responding. If I cancel them using “Buyer is not responding” option, will it decrease or effect my Order Completion Rate? Anyone can help me with this?

Unfortunately, yes, it will affect your order completion rate.

If buyer provide you order instructions then deliver work…If not then contact CS

I go one further to say even if they didn’t provide information or instructions, DELIVER THE WORK!
If you have to guess then guess. They’ll ask for a revision if the need arises.

Just be sure to do your best work with whatever you do have.
Don’t be that seller who delivers an empty gig.
