Buyer is not sending details from 2 days after order

Hi Friends

I have 5 order in queue but 1 in order Buyer is not sending details from 2 days after order.

He only sent link to start order, but the details are not full and he had asked for additional work for which I have sent him gig extra and sent a request to extend the delivery time.

He was agreed but did not accepted and did not provided the basic order details/

Neither he is responding nor he is providing details and agreed to extend deliver time.

Order is showing 1 day late and It will increase 2 days late so on…

What can I do in this matter?

Help me fiverr team, it will effect my fiverr level and profile rating.
