Buyer is requesting cancel after Delivered work HELP

Hello guys,I completed my order and delivered the work on time before the delivery time but now the guy wants to cancel the order and im declining his request but he still says he wants to cancel order what do i do?

Well, first you need to hide the User´s name from screenshot or remove the whole screenshot from previous post.

You will likely need to contact CS to resolve it for you.

You can also write to support for them to be aware of the situation. But don’t expect much, they will just respond to you to try to resolve it with your buyer
