Well, first you need to hide the User´s name from screenshot or remove the whole screenshot from previous post.

You will likely need to contact CS to resolve it for you.

This is ToS quote:

Orders are not eligible to be cancelled based on the quality of service/materials delivered by the Seller if the service was rendered as described in the Gig Page.

You did the right thing. Stay firm and just decline his requests.

You can also write to support for them to be aware of the situation. But don’t expect much, they will just respond to you to try to resolve it with your buyer
