BUYER left 4.8 rating along with tips and awesome feedback

Hello guys, I’m new to fiverr, I provide animation service here…

So I came up with a situation where I delivered my order, buyer accept it gave me an awesome feedback, also an extra $10 tip but he left me with a 4.8 rating.

I’mm trying to contact him, if he need any changes I am ready to do it all over again, or refund him the money. but he isn’t replying.

what should I do?

ugh… he replied and changed the ratings too…
said it was a mistake, he didn’t noticed.
