Buyer made a mistake

Hi guys! I make video animations, and I received an order that was not correct, I mean, the buyer thought that the price was standard, but the price was per minute (it was even written in the gig). So he cancelled the order, but now I don’t have anymore my 100% order completation… so this means that I will not become Level 1 the next week :frowning: but it is not my fault, the buyer made a mistake. What can I do?
