Buyer made mistake and give me Negative Feedback

Hi

I am fiverr seller and i got one negative feedback but i dn’t made any mistake.

Buyer send me one order and not send me correct link.

But i have done all work. And buyer made mistake and give me negative feedback so how i contact with fiverr team and how can i remove feedback.

My suggestion is you talk to him and then repeat the gig for free. Ask him to then reverse the feedback. In addition to that you will want to add ‘instructions to buyer’ in the gig edit page so people know exactly what they want in the future!
